Connecting with People

Dr. Kristen headshotDr. Kristen feels that the ability to adjust is a gift and a privilege, and she loves being able to share that gift by connecting with practice members and helping them to function better, radically improving their lifestyle.

She knew she wanted to help people by working with the body, but she wasn’t sure in what area. After receiving her bachelor’s in kinesiology, she considered physical therapy, occupational therapy or nursing, but after shadowing providers in each of those disciplines, she still didn’t feel drawn to them.

Finally, she talked with her own chiropractor, and he encouraged her and dispelled her doubts. She loves that, unlike the other disciplines she had considered, chiropractic provides a natural approach to treating the underlying cause of the problem by addressing the body as a whole. Providing a holistic approach to wellness has been her passion ever since.

Education

Dr. Kristen attended Palmer College of Chiropractic, graduating in 2020. She moved to Georgia and opened White County Family Chiropractic LLC with the intention of supporting the community in remaining active and enjoying all life has to offer. She is continuing her training through the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association so she can provide the highest level of care for pregnant practice members and kids.
OUR SERVICES

Living a Cleaner Life

Along with educating practice members about ways to maximize their health, Dr. Kristen strives to embody that as a role model. She is passionate about living a cleaner life by using products that are not toxic to the environment or the human body and eating foods that are healthy as well as sustainable. She teaches practice members that optimal health comes from a combination of sources, including chiropractic care, nourishing foods, sunshine and being active.

Exploring the Area

Dr. Kristen loves exploring all the local hiking trails, waterfalls and shops, and if she’s not doing something outdoorsy, you can usually find her at a local coffee shop with her boyfriend.
